Alun John
Alun has been involved in digital marketing for over 9 years, during this time he has worked with the Swansea Bay IT Support Centre and has also set up a digital marketing training and consultancy company. Alun was instrumentation in establishing and successfully running the eMarketing Centre of Excellence (EMCOE), this was the CIM accredited training arm of the Swansea Bay IT Support Centre. Alun has worked with a diverse range of businesses and organisations, helping them gain a better understanding of digital marketing and successfully implement strategies in this increasingly important arm of marketing.
James Waddell
James has worked in partnership with the team at the Business Centre Swansea, since 2001 when he joined the e-Commerce Innovation Centre at Cardiff University to work on the Opportunity Wales and Broadband Wales programmes. He therefore brings a wealth of experience in the application of ICT and Web based applications to help small to medium sized enterprises achieve business benefits that result in profit and growth. With his strong project management, marketing, research, training, and software development background, James is looking forward to the challenge of helping Welsh businesses prosper under tough economic conditions.
Mike Ward
Mike is an experienced systems consultant with project management and training skills. Substantial knowledge of networking systems and a wide range of hardware and software with a proven track record in assisting SMEs to make safe and effective use of systems, the Internet and related technologies. A strong team player with proven communication ability.
Currently managing director of a business consultancy providing a range of IT, communications and project management expertise for companies throughout South Wales.
Mike has previously provided advice and assistance on schemes including Opportunity Wales and smeBusiness.
Lee Wyndham
Lee is an experienced and qualified IT professional with over 8 years experience, during which time he has developed an extensive knowledge of ICT and e-Business, this has enabled Lee to successfully work with small and medium size businesses on a wide range of areas such as web site development, e-Marketing, IT security, virtual learning environments, broadband technologies, networking and hardware & software.
Working as an ICT and e-Business consultant Lee has experience in working with businesses from a wide range of sectors that include financial, retail, manufacturing, education and leisure & tourism.
Previously Lee has worked alongside the Welsh Assembly Government and Opportunity Wales in supporting businesses across Wales through a number of ICT and e-Commerce programmes.
